In an earlier blog post I professed my quasi love/hate relationship with the Terminator movies. They are all so different. The first movie is a horror movie at its heart. The second is a great action flick with a lot of heart. And the third… well… the third movie was a slow, ill-conceived prologue that was probably necessary for what is to come next…
In May 2009, we will get Terminator Salvation.
Warner Bros. has released the first full trailer for the forthcoming Terminator movie—and I am more curious about this than ever. I really like the look of the film, full of action and fairly strong dialog, and if Terminator: Rise of the Machines can be redeemed at all it will be through this new movie. I will keep my reservations in check, view and review the movie with an open mind, and we’ll see.

I want to see the C. Bale JC come back in time and smack the lame TV JC around. Now that would be a cool movie. You know a TV show is in trouble when the best thing about it is Brian Austen Greene. ‘Nuff Said. I watched this trailer earlier in glorious HD quicktime and thought it looked awesome. McG aside, I’m there opening weekend.
