In the United States of America today, the promise of the election held on November 4, 2008 has come to fruition. Today Barack Obama became the 44th President of the United States. No matter your political affiliation it is a historic day.
Marvel Comics decided to commemorate the day as only they can: with a variant edition of The Amazing Spider-Man #583 hitting store shelves. The comic book reader can get a dose of Obama and Spider-Man in the same edition to celebrate this monumental moment in our country’s history.
