Ask a Question, Win a Book: Peter Brett & Robert Redick Live Chat

So, tomorrow Peter V. Brett (author of The Warded Man) and Robert V.S. Redick (author of The Red Wolf Conspiracy) will be live chatting with Suvudu and you! We’re really excited to be able to bring them here as they are, in our humble opinions, exciting new voices in the fantasy genre.
Anyway, how would you like to win a copy of either The Warded Man or The Red Wolf Conspiracy? All you need to do is send in a question for either Mr. Brett or Mr. Redick to be entered into a sweepstakes to win one copy of their book*. To be clear, we’ll be selecting two people from those who submit early questions; one will win a copy of The Warded Man and one will win a copy of The Red Wolf Conspiracy. Pretty cool, no?
Also, be sure to attend the chat to see your questions answered by the authors and/or to follow up with them live. Send yourself a reminder using the form below and we’ll see you back here for the chat tomorrow!

Read the Official Sweepstakes Rules here!

*Sorry, this sweepstakes is US residents only. But anyone and everyone is encouraged to show up to the chat and speak with the authors live!

For Mr. Brett, what drew you to demons for your book?

  2. Lauren says:

I’ve got one for Mr. Brett too. I hope this is where we post them. I wanted to ask what the inspiration for the corelings was. How did you get the idea to make them solidify from the mist at night? Did you draw from mythology and if so which cultures?

  3. Kyle M. says:

Oops – I’m a bonehead and should have dropped in our email address. You can post them here OR send them to info@suvudu.
Either way will do it, but if you win, we’ll have to be able to get in touch with you.

  4. Shawn Speakman says:

You aren’t a bonehead! Maybe that should be my question to Peter Brett? “Is Kyle a bonehead?” hehe

  5. Kyle M. says:

HA! And careful, it might find its way into the conversation (and considering how long it took me to figure out the tattoos Peter was giving out at the NY Comic Con, I’m almost afraid of the answer).

  6. Lauren says:

I e-mailed my questions in. Thanks for the opportunity to ask these two great authors a couple of questions!

  7. Kyle M. says:

Fantastico Lauren! We got ‘em, thanks!!

  8. Greenwolfen says:

I e-mailed my question to Peter V Brett. Hope it went through.

  9. TJ Erickson says:

    Hmmm…. I have a question for each of them…..
    For Peter,
The unique story of how you came to write your book is becoming almost legendary. Is it strange for you to be known as much or more for how you wrote the book as for writing the book in the first place?
    For Robert,
Which came first, the world of the Chathrand or the plot?
