Suvudu & You at the Eisners, pt. 7

Memorials and Remembrances for Those Who Have Passed
Every year at the Eisners, the awards ceremony takes time to remember the writers, artists, actors, and other creators who have passed away since their last gathering. It’s always a somber time, but good in that it celebrates the work of all those people. Check out the video below

After the jump, a band of four is charged with getting the ceremony underway again after a somber memorials section.

Best Writer & Best Writer-Artist
So there you are, you’re presenting at the Eisners, you’re supposed to be light and entertaining while you read the names and dole out the awards. No biggie, right? Oh, and you’re going to immediately follow the Memorials segment where we remember all the artists who have died over the past year.
Good luck, kids!
That’s essentially the task at hand for the band Seduction of the Innocent, a group that formed at Comic-Con in 1987. They pull it off though, presenting the awards for Best Writer and Best Writer-Artist. Better them than me, that’s what I think.
