We’re in the middle of Snowmageddon in NYC and I couldn’t be happier. First, we’re closing the office early today so everyone can get home safely. That means a few more hours I’ll have to play Bioshock 2. Second, our friends at StarWars.com just announced that LucasArts and TT Games are hard at work on LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars for release this fall. I love these LEGO games. The first two LEGO Star Wars games were fun for all ages with clever levels, challenging special pieces to find, and laugh out loud witty moments. LEGO Batman improved on all of this and really made the most of out Batman’s imaginative rogues gallery. To date, it’s still one of my favorite video games period. Just recently I was obsessed with the newly imagined LEGO Indiana Jones 2 game. Everything I was disappointed with in the first game was fixed in the second and it led to an utterly enjoyable, challenging, and fun adventure through the four Indiana Jones movies. You even get to design, build, and then play your own levels.
With LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 due in May and now LEGO Star Wars III in the fall we have hours and hours of entertainment to look forward to.
