I so agree! Angels = vampires - stench of death and period stains.

But then, I work for the publisher of Visitants so I'm mighty biased.

There's also Hush, Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick, Fallen by Kate Lauren, and The Darkest Whisper by Gena Showalter (though I think some of these are Young Adult books. Dunno Haven't ready 'em). We published a dark angels novel called Beloved of the Fallen by Savannah Kline.

Also, I should mention @PJ that our book Curse of the Full Moon (by Del Howison of Dark Delicacies) has a chapter with tips on dating a werewolf. Not that you need any!

Well, There you go. My first time on your website and already I'm mad.... (not really lol.)
MY boyfriend IS a WereWolf. I don't have to take him out at 3 a.m. for "walkies". He has already changed back into his natural persona, namely, my boyfriend - human, with great bathroom manners. He is SO good to have around when I a unable to locate my "back scratcher". He can partically change (as seen in the Shifter Series, by Rachel Vincient.) So, just one set ot claws does the trick just fine, thank you very much. All kidding aside, we ALL know where WereWolves excel. So just that alone, would keep me up next to him when he is all hot and bothered. Now, don't you just feel silly after insulting all of us hot chicks out here that have WereWolves for boyfriends? I should really hope so. All kidding aside, he IS furry and warm. ---> sexy look on my face and the horse size comb in my hand. " oh wolfie darling, its time to comb out your furrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

And for another view of angels (fallen and otherwise), Nephilim, with a distinctly noir twist, there is the Sandman Slim novels by Richard Kadrey. I've been listening to the audiobook version of both Sandman Slim (book one) and Kill the Dead (book two). You don't need to read them in order, but it might help when it comes to backstory. They're sarcastic, gritty, filled with magic and mystery, set in L.A. and a lot of fun. I've been really enjoying them.
