		<description>There&#039;s still the basic existential question: is it you?  Just because a being THINKS it&#039;s you, has your memories, doesn&#039;t mean it IS you. If you&#039;re copying yourself to a machine, that&#039;s just what it is: a copy. I&#039;ll set aside the question of &quot;is it human&quot; and accept, for argument&#039;s sake, that it is. But the copy is a separate being that thinks like you do, while the real you is unconscious in stasis. If both versions: the original you and the machine you, were functioning at the same time, the flesh you would clearly see machine you as a different individual.</description>
