The Rocketeer is readying for take-off…again


TheRocketeer_AlexRossimage-smThere’s exciting news regarding some new Rocketeer stories! IDW Publishing has announced that in 2011 it will publish a new The Rocketeer mini-series and some of the bigger names modern comics will be contributing to the hero’s new adventures.

But that isn’t all. Not only are we getting more Rocketeer stories, but some of the money earned from this new mini-series will be donated to further research into Hairy Cell Leukemia in honor of The Rocketeer’s creator Dave Stevens, who died of Leukemia in 2008.
