BioWare, developer of the series, has listened to their fans and, for better or for worse, are releasing a free DLC package that will seek “further clarity to the ending of Mass Effect 3 deeper insights into how their personal journey concludes.”

Thanks to worthplaying.com, we have the first details on the upcoming expansion DLC for Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning. It’s called Legend of Dead Kel and will hit Xbox Live, PlayStation Network, Origin and Steam on March 20th, 2012.
Thanks to the official Konami GDC website, we now know that the company behind the successful series is gearing up to begin heavy development on the next instalment, due for release on “high-end consoles and PC.”
When Dragon’s Dogma, an action/adventure game developed by Capcom, ships in July, there’ll be an exciting bonus packed along with the game. Today, Capcom announced that an online download code for a demo of Resident Evil 6, the next mainline addition to the long-running franchise, will be provided for every gamer who purchases a new copy of Dragon’s Dogma. A move like this isn’t underheard of in the videogame industry, and, in fact, has led to increased sales for titles like Crackdown (included a demo of Halo 3), Tobal No. 1 (Final Fantasy 7) and Zone of the Enders (Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty) and is sure to improve exposure for Dragon’s Dogma, a new franchise from Capcom.
When Lord of the Rings Online first went free-to-play, I jumped on board, curious to see how well Turbine, the celebrated developer of other MMORPGs such as Asheron’s Call, could capture Tolkien’s legendary Middle-Earth. It’s not an easy task, as Middle-Earth is such a foundational part of my love for Fantasy that it would be near impossible to do justice to the world with a digital playground. Naturally, wanting to start life in The Shire, I created a cute Hobbit Minstrel named Cabenting, and jumped in feet first.
For hours afterwards, I was lost in Middle-Earth. Not just a digital playground version, but the Middle-Earth. I was in love.
