Martin was officially recognized as having a spot in the ranks of the world’s most influential people, when Time named him one of their “Top 100″ for 2011. As his readers and fans for years, the fact that he is influential comes as no surprise to us. But still, it is extremely gratifying to see Time recognize his accomplishments. Congratulations GRRM!
